RETURN We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you full refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase shipping label. REFUND If you buy by mistake and want refund, You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees If you return Items in original condition past the return window, You'll receive 80% of the item's price. If you return Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an seller error, You'll receive up to 50% of the item's price. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. LATE OR MISSING REFUND If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you receive incorrect item, you’ll be given pre-paid label postage for return and we'll send the correct item EXCHANGE If you buy wrong model and want exchange, You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Exchange only applies for the same price item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
