Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPPING RATES DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We ships only to the United States. Standard Shipping is Free of charge (3–5 business days).

Unfortunately, we do not ship to regions such as:

American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific. 

Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii- Economy Shipping (5-8 business days) - 15 dollars.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

ADDRESS ERROR

Address or other customer error: If a package is returned intact to us due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. Refund will be made for the item minus the shipping cost.

DAMAGE

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Exchange Policy
 

NEW REPLACEMENT

We sent new replacement for items that are defective or damaged within 30 days after purchase. If you need new replacement, please send us an email at: cs@firstchoiceparts.co. If you receive incorrect item, you’ll be given pre-paid label postage for return and we'll send the correct item

EXCHANGE

If you buy wrong model and want exchange, You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Exchange only applies for the same price item.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
