Return Policy

RETURN
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you full refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase shipping label.

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1:

Within 30 days after receiving your order, email our customer service to explain the reason for the return/exchange. After that we will send you instructions for return.

We have every right to refuse to sign for the packages if you send it back without our authorization! Other, you will be responsible for all the losses arising.

Step 2: 

Prepare returned items in secure packaging.

 

Step 3:

Ship returned products via insured or traceable method of shipment to the return address that we will provide to you. When you ship out the items, please email the tracking number to us also. Upon receipt of your returned items, we will further inspect the items and your refund will be processed. All refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Refund Policy

REFUND 

If you buy by mistake and want refund, You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees

If you return Items in original condition past the return window, You'll receive 80% of the item's price. If you return Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an seller error, You'll receive up to 50% of the item's price.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
